From pregnancy through to school age - our Walk & Talk events are open to everyone
Child/Pushchair friendly routes
Most of our routes are child & pram friendly allowing you to bring your small humans along for the fun whether you decide to wear them in a sling, let them run along beside you or enjoy the route from the pushchair.
Different Locations
Our Walk & Talk locations will visit different locations around the county, allowing you to pick and choose when and where you join us.
Community
Our Walk & Talk events encourage everyone out the house. Partners, Grandparents, Carers are welcomed to join with you. So come along for a stroll, we will start early - because lay-in’s are over-rated right?!
